If you would like to become a Freemason the first step is to speak to a friend, family member or work colleague who you know to be a Mason.
If you don’t know anyone who is a Mason why not fill in the enquiry form on this page and we will consider your application and contact you.
If this stage of your application proves successful, you will be invited to meet a few of the lodge members for a social meeting and a chat.
If that goes well, you will be invited to meet the lodge committee and then who knows, before long your name could be appearing in our members list.

Freemasonry requires the highest standards of behaviour of its members.
A Freemason will pay a one off fee on joining and thereafter annual dues and fees to his Lodge. In addition, members will usually pay for a meal following meetings. Members are also encouraged to donate to charity according to their means.
Freemasonry is not a religion but it does require a belief in a God. Its principles are common to many of the world’s great religions and it encourages members to practice their own particular religion.
